**Terms of Service: Prepayment and Terms**

Welcome to Adstribe! We're excited to work with you to achieve your marketing and advertising goals. Please review the following terms regarding prepayment and the duration of service.

**1. Prepayment Requirement:**

   - All services provided by Adstribe require prepayment before the commencement of any work. This prepayment is mandatory and serves as confirmation of your commitment to utilizing our services.

**2. Three-Month Terms:**

   - Our standard service terms operate on a three-month basis. This means that upon prepayment, you are entering into an agreement for a minimum term of three months for the services selected.

**3. Prepayment Schedule:**

   - Prepayment for each three-month term is required in full before the start of the term. Payment can be made via the accepted payment methods outlined by Adstribe.

**4. Renewal and Continuation of Service:**

   - At the end of each three-month term, your service agreement will automatically renew for an additional three-month term, unless otherwise specified by you. Renewal will be subject to the same prepayment requirement as outlined above.

**5. Changes and Cancellations:**

   - Changes to your selected services or cancellations of service agreements must be communicated to Adstribe at least 30 days before the end of the current term. Failure to provide timely notice may result in automatic renewal and prepayment for the next term.

**6. Refund Policy:**

   - Prepayments made for service terms are non-refundable, except in cases where Adstribe  is unable to fulfill its obligations as outlined in the service agreement.

**7. Service Suspension for Non-Payment:**

   - In the event of non-payment or late payment for a subsequent term, Adstribe reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received in full. Suspension of services does not relieve the client of their obligation to fulfill the terms of the agreement.

**8. Changes to Terms of Service:**

   - Adstribe reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
